Empire Cafe serves the typical cafe food (sandwiches, soups, salads) along with other items like pasta and pizza. There's also breakfast if you get here early but there's no need to rush, it's only okay. But I don't come for the food. I come for the coffee. I come specifically for the Milky Way (iced espresso with caramel, hazelnut, chocolate syrup and cream). Yeah, it's barely coffee but it's delicious.
My recommendation: If overloaded, sweet and creamy coffee if your thing, this is the place to go. The food is decent.
