House of Pies sells pies. Duh. But they also serve breakfast food, sandwiches, etc. but I've never tried so I can't really comment. It's always been about the pies and only the pies. I've never had a pie there that I didn't like. But if I could only get one slice of any pie, it would have to be the Bayou Goo (a pecan crust with a layer of sweet cream cheese, then a layer of vanilla custard swirled with chocolate chunks and topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings).
My recommendation: Do you like pies? Then go! Anytime. It's open 24/7.
