I couldn't tell you what makes a good crepe but CoCo's Crepes is pretty good. What I do know is that it's legit (i.e. they make the crepes to order, from batter, on a griddle), not like that fraudulent stuff from Sweet Paris. They also have savory crepes, paninis, gelato and coffee, but I can't really comment of any of those since I only go for the sweet crepes.
My recommendation: This is the place to go if you crave a crepe.
