Pizaro's Pizza is where you will find true Neapolitan pizza. They are VPN certified so you know it's legit. The pizza is cooked in seconds in a wood fired brick oven. It comes out slightly charred on the bottom, just how I like it. The crust is thin, slightly crispy and chewy. The sauce is good, maybe slightly sweeter than what I'm used to. The pizza felt "light". I didn't feel bloated and disgusted like I would if I ate Pizza Hut. It was really good.
