I randomly came across Fellini Cafe while shopping around Rice Village. I got the mocha latte and it was surprisingly good. They also serve cafe type food like sandwiches, which was good. Nothing extraordinary. They also have desserts and other baked goods but I didn't get to try it.
My recommendation: Stop by for a small bite or need a pick me up (coffee) from all the walking and shopping in Rice Village.
