Welcome to Down House, where all the hipsters congregate. But that shouldn't sway you to going here because the food was great. First, it's located in a dry area so to order alcohol, you have to become a "member", which is free anyway. It just sounds cool to be a member. I can only comment on what we ordered, the shrimp and grits in pho broth and pork hash, and they were both good.
My recommendation: Go for brunch, that's what they're known for.
