The only reason I'd go to Bodard Bistro is for the nem nuong (pictured above). It's a spring roll filled with grilled pork, a crunchy rolled up egg roll sheet in the middle and greens. But the best part is the mysterious, bright orange sauce it's accompanied with. I have no idea what it's made of but it's really good.

My recommendation: Go for the nem nuong only. I can't vouch for the other food.
