The Bird & The Bear

The Bird & The Bear is a little more upscale restaurant. How do I know? The wait staff used that doohickey that picks up bread crumbs. But the food they serve isn't pretentious. Just look at what I had for brunch. It was good but a bit pricey. I could get a solid chicken fried steak for a cheaper price elsewhere but here, you're also paying for the setting and service.

My recommendation: If you're looking for a nice place for brunch (or lunch or dinner), this is a good option. Actually, don't go. They're closed. Forever.
